Job Overview

We are in search of a competent, hardworking and experienced Brand Manager to join our marketing department on an immediate basis. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible to manage our brand image by creating excellent strategies for its growth. 

You will provide assistance in building the reputation of our brand in the market. You should also be able to increase our market share by executing successful marketing campaigns for our brand. You should come up with novel content ideas so that we can create a coherent brand experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of our brand and evaluate its market position. 

  • Provide the creative vision and mission for our brand.

  • Develop brand strategies into creative brand plans and new brand market strategies.

  • Assess insights into our brand target audiences. Make a report of consumer behavior accordingly.

  • Develop performance specifications such as sales estimates and cost and benefit parameters.

  • Monitor the marketing trends on a regular basis and report the same to our product development team.

  • Provide suggestions to executive management for the marketing strategies of our brand.

  • Measure execution of all marketing campaigns against KPI.

  • Mentor and guide the marketing team to get the best from them.

  • Screen market trends, research consumer markets and competitor activities.

  • Recognize opportunities for the growth of our brand.

  • Report key issues and take action to resolve them.

  • Manage marketing activities and comply them with product line strategy.

  • Monitor buyer responses and product distribution.

  • Devise campaigns that engage, inform and motivate the audience on social media.

  • Adjust the image of our brand around our organization’s goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Candidates having a masters degree will be preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Brand Manager or Brand Strategist or similar role. Experience working in a marketing agency as a Marketing Manager can also be considered.

  • Outstanding Leadership skills.

  • Excellent market research skills.

  • Proficient in identifying target audiences.

  • Capable to develop brand marketing strategies.

  • Excellent data-driven thinking and always updated with the latest marketing trends.

  • Ability to work on stricter deadlines.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
