We are looking for a Compliance Officer for our company who will be responsible for monitoring the Corporate Compliance Program and making sure that all business operations are in accordance with the laws and regulations. You will also reviewing the compliance issues or concerns within the organization and take measures to resolve them. You will be reporting to the CEO and board of directors. The ultimate goal is to ensure that all business activities are carried out in a legal manner.

Plan and implement the legal compliance program for the company.
Review and update the standards of conduct in the organization.
Monitor all the business processes to identify weak performing areas.
Analyze the compliance risks involved in business operations.
Coordinate with other departments to identify compliance issues and direct them to the right channels for further investigations.
Consult with corporate attorney to resolve the compliance issues.
Provide training to employees about company’s compliance program.
Resolve employee’s concerns over legal matters.
BS in Law, Business Administration or related field.
5 years experience working as a Compliance Officer.
Professional compliance certifications such as CCEP will be preferred.
Familiar with all business legalities and regulations.
Understanding of professional business standards and industry practices.
Outstanding communication skills.
Ability to work in teams.
