Job Overview

We are searching for a talented CRM Director to finalize and keep the marketing strategies up to date to build lucrative long-term relations with our clients. While working on this position, you will work with the Sales and Marketing directors of our company to increase our business existence and for the growth of customer commitment and interest. To be eligible for this post, you must have acute knowledge with Customer Relationship Structures. You must also be able to find new prospects and dynamically handle the customer concerns.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with the clients

  • Make sure that the CRM system generate an active sales

  • Form and implement latest marketing techniques to attract new customers

  • Implement precise marketing tactics to retain existing clients

  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Make strategies to respond to the customer’s queries

  • Follow and practice the latest market trends

  • Assess and finalize CRM software to meet the business needs


  • Bachelors in Marketing or relevant field

  • Hands on experience as CRM Director or related role

  • Solid knowledge in customer attainment policies

  • Knowhow of online marketing trends

  • Practical knowledge of working with CRM

  • Analytical systems practice

  • Resilient communication skills
