We are looking for a qualified and professional Hospitality Manager for our hotel. Your role is to recruit and train staff according to the hotel policies and procedures, maintain the standard and quality of the services provided and ensure best customer services for the guests. You have to strategically plan and maximise the profit by targeting prospective customers and maintain excellent relations with the existing ones.

Handle the operations by coordinating with all the departments.
Recruit new staff and train them according to hotel policies.
Maintain excellent customer relations with the guests.
Ensure that customer satisfaction is always a priority for the staff.
Determine the quality of the services provided by the hotel and ensure that the standard is maintained.
Determine the quantity and quality of supplies delivered to the hotel for daily operations.
Evaluate the staff on basis of performance and participation.
Make financial reports on the basis of operational activities and expenses.
Handle customer complaints patiently and professionally and resolve them on time.
Determine the future goals for the hotel and ensure that they are achieved.
Lead your team as a leader and take ownership for all the activities.
Improve the guest satisfaction by providing extraordinary customer services.
BS in Hospitality Management.
5+ years experience of working as a Hospitality Manager in any hotel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of PMS (Property Management System) program and DRS (Daily Revenue System) program is a plus point.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Time management and crisis management skills.
