If you are applying for this job, you should have extraordinary communication and managerial skills. You should not only be able to manage the staff but the customers of the hotel as well. You will be responsible to provide the guests remarkable staying experience by providing them best of the services offered by the hotel. Keep a check on the check-in and check-out of the customers and making the said procedures smooth for them.
Coordinating with staff and briefing them about the customer’s satisfaction.
Administrating all the facilities offered by the hotel.
Managing the inventory and room service.
Managing the staff problems and solving them according to hotel regulations.
Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
Diploma in Hospitality Management or Hotel Management will also be considered.
2 years of experience working in a hotel at Managerial post.
Outstanding communication skills.
Excellent leadership skills.
Quick decision making skills and pleasant personality.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
