We are looking for a well qualified HR Consultant who will be responsible to lead HR Projects. As an HR Consultant, you will assist the organization to enhance and improve daily operations such as hiring, selection, screen, and training processes by making use of modern technologies and new strategies.

Suggesting administration on the application of HR strategies and processes.
Establishing, modifying and initiating human resource programs and methods.
Formulating and practicing desired human resource plans.
Helping the company with the establishment and planning of suggested amendments concerning work schedule.
Generating means for assembling and determining information for policies and specific proposals.
Ensuring human resource strategies and plans are in accordance with already developed programs and services.
Organizing the learning conferences associated with the certain affairs of HR.
Providing your services as private advisors by evaluating the organization's ongoing HR plans/ meetings to suggest the suitable explanation and resolution.
Masters degree in Human Resource Management or Business related field.
Proven 2-year experience as an HR consultant.
Excellent knowledge of HR softwares.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Thorough understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures and policies.
Outstanding research and analysis skills.
