Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, talented and outgoing Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You should have an outstanding knowledge of sales process, presentation and lead generation process. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cold calling, taking incoming calls and managing a database of clients. You will find new sales leads through online portals, personal referrals, business directories etc.

If you are well spoken, friendly and capable to close the deal, we would be pleased to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Find new sales opportunities in an effective manner through cold calls (inbound and outbound) and lead follow-ups.

  • Promote the business of our company.

  • Give online demos to our clients and respond to their queries patiently.

  • Maintain and manage the client database.

  • Schedule calls to educate the clients about our products.

  • Search and qualify leads for sales (Online portals, Social media campaigns, Web research, directory, personal reference etc).

  • Work closely with sales team and achieve the set goals.

  • Track sales metrics on weekly quarterly and monthly basis.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field.

  • Proven 2-year experience in Sales.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Outstanding Time management skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office(Microsoft Excel), CRM, and other software.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Strong Command in tracking Sales KPIs.
