We are looking to hire a General Legal Counsel who can direct the compliance and risk management exercises for our company and propel the organization's situation by publishing articles on enactment and legislation required to enhance the business. Deal with the compliance, risk management and other legal administrators groups.
Attend official level meetings identified with the future bearing of the organization, pending acquisitions and mergers.
Make vendor contracts and contractual work agreements.
Guarantee that the organization is in compliance with all present business process laws.
Manage complex issues with different stakeholders and powers.
Give illumination on legal dialect or particulars to everybody in the association.
Keep up with current knowledge of adjustments in an enactments.
MS/MA degree in Law or relevant field.
Proven 10+ year experience as a Legal Counsel or relevant position.
Professional License of Legal practice is mandatory.
Outstanding knowledge of corporate laws.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Capable to create proactive strategies
Self Motivated individual with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
