We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician for our company who will undertake the responsibility to maintain good condition of the premises. The ideal candidate will be working autonomously and sensibly by observing all safety and health guidelines at the workplace. Inspecting the facility and repairing mechanical systems to ensure that they are consistent with safety and health standards.
Perform the maintenance of electrical systems on a regular basis.
Assist in the setup of refrigeration, ventilation along with other system and conduct repairs whenever and wherever required.
Maintain plumbing and heating systems to make sure the systems offer utmost functionality.
Examine alarm systems and schedule periodic checks and repairs.
Carry out pest control activities on a monthly basis.
Perform general upkeep tasks.
Assist with budget preparations and ensure it is properly followed.
High school diploma.
Certification in HVAC, Facility Management or relevant field will be preferred.
Certification of Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is required.
Proven work experience as a Maintenance Technician.
Basic understanding of hydraulic, electrical and other systems.
Proper knowledge of general maintenance methods and processes.
Good physical condition and willingness to work overtime whenever required.
Good knowledge of the tools, common devices and appliances.
