We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be in charge to design, develop and execute a new talent acquisition strategy for our company. You should be able to find, hire and retain talented candidates, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships at workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis and forecast hiring needs of the departments.

  • Create a sustainable talent acquisition hiring plans and techniques.

  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.

  • Motivate employees to be brand ambassadors and plan employee referral programs.

  • Utilize HRIS and other marketing tools for recruitment.

  • Source and discover qualified candidates for open positions.

  • Design, plan and execute recruitment and selection processes (e.g. conduct interviews and screen calls, administer psychological tests etc.).

  • Review employment applications and create background check reports.

  • Discover bottlenecks in the recruiting procedure.

  • Perform employee satisfaction assessments and workshops and recommend measures to improve employee retention.

  • Plan procedures for enhancing the candidate experience.

  • Lead, manage and supervise members of the recruitment team.

  • Utilize sourcing methods for difficult-to-fill roles.

  • Attend career, college fairs and similar events.

  • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs to create KPI reports.

Requirements

  • MA/MS degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant field.

  • 3 years experience of working as Talent Acquisition Manager.

  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.

  • Familiar with different selection methods (e.g. interviews, medical/intelligence/academic/ psychological test etc.)

  • Knowledge of posting jobs on social networks.

  • Outstanding knowledge of HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.

  • Good time-management, interpersonal and communication skills.
