We are in search for a self driven and skilled Technical Account Manager to join us. You will be responsible to provide technical support and customer services to the clients. You should have extraordinary interpersonal skills because you will have to address a non-technical audience. Your role comprises of increasing sales, providing customer support and satisfaction and also, analysing potential sales for the company.

Keep track of key account metrics.
Resolve any technical issues reported by the customers.
Train the staff to provide best technical and customer support.
Strategic planning and guidance to give best possible solutions.
Coordinate with business development team to increase sales by offering new features.
Handle the non-technical user professionally to satisfy him.
Explain the upgrades and features to the customer within the company policy.
Evaluate the staff on the basis of performance and customer services.
Provide best results under all circumstances.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager in a reputed organisation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sales softwares such as Zoho, NetSuite or Salesforce.
Extraordinary communication skills.
Outstanding time management skills.
Excellent leadership qualities and team management skills.
