We are searching for a very professional and skilled Training Manager to join our team. Your role is to enhance the potential in employees by providing them training regarding their jobs and departments. You should have strategic planning about the different roles in a company and asses the outcomes of the training provided. This job requires a lot of commitment and excellent interpersonal skills to manage all the activities and training sessions given to the employees. You should ensure that the quality of work and skills are enhanced through the training.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit skilled personnel to conduct different training sessions

  • Invite guest speakers in a training session to share their expertise with the employees

  • Analyze the employees skills and potential to provide them different training sessions for enhancing their capabilities

  • Coordinate with different departments to analyze which departments need training and design the sessions accordingly

  • Manage the expenses of training sessions

  • Report the effectiveness of the training sessions

  • Make a plan for different pieces of training and apply new developmental methods

  • Conduct different orientation setups

  • Troubleshoot any specific problem and brief employees about it

  • Follow the latest trends and technologies and train employees according to them

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration or relevant field

  • Proven experience of working as a Training Manager

  • Proficient in using MS Office Tools

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)

  • Familiarity with modern training methods

  • Confidence to conduct workshops and sessions

  • Ability to develop training manuals

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time
