Job Overview 

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Urologist to join our clinic. You should be able to treat patients with various medical conditions involving the urinary and reproductive organs. You should be able to examine the patients' conditions and prescribe appropriate medications. Besides, you should also be able to maintain a detailed record of the patients' medical conditions. 

As a Urologist, you should be familiar with various surgical tools and equipment. Moreover, you should also be able to refer the patients to Medical Experts or Specialists whenever required. In addition to this, you should be able to adhere to the industry guidelines, health and safety protocols at all times. 

To perform in this job role, you should have complete knowledge of the various surgical procedures. Furthermore, you should display strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your ability to manage stressful situations will work as an advantage.

Responsibilities 

• Examining patients' conditions and medical histories 

• Diagnosing patients with urinary and reproductive tract disorders or other issues 

• Maintaining and updating a detailed documentation of the patients records 

• Conducting or ordering diagnostic tests 

• Performing pelvic, abdominal, or other surgeries as and when necessary 

•  Prescribing medications such as antibiotics and compresses upon diagnosing the patient 

• Using specialized equipment such as X-rays and catheters to identify the root cause of the ailment 

• Analyzing patients’ progress and referring them to Specialists if needed 

• Treating reproductive issues such as infertility and erectile dysfunction 

• Adhering to the health and safety rules and regulations at all times 

Requirements 

• M Ch. in Urology 

• Holding a valid license to practice 

• Proven work experience as a Urologist in a reputed clinic or in the Healthcare industry 

• Complete knowledge of the relevant medical technologies and procedures 

• Knowledge of the industry best practices and guidelines 

• Familiarity with various surgical and diagnostic tools such as scalpels, scissors, ultrasound, forceps, and endoscopes 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Having an eye for detail 

• Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations 

• Ability to offer excellent customer service
