Our Production team is seeking for a talented and passionate candidate to work with us as a Material Planner. 

As a Material Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring a steady flow of various materials. You will also responsible for identifying the amount of raw materials to be ordered for the production of the product. In addition to this, you should be managing the inventory issues on a regular basis. 

To be successful as a Material Planner, you should have outstanding knowledge and understanding of various supply chain management processes. You should also have experience in shipping and receiving various materials. 

You should possess excellent team management skills as well as good communication skills. You should be able to deliver an amazing customer service to the customer. Furthermore, the ability to manage tasks as per the deadline and exceptional decision-making abilities are some of the skills which are essential for this role.

Responsibilities 

• Managing uniform production flow. 

• Accessing the daily requirements of the materials. 

• Ensuring minimum stock levels from the suppliers. 

• Creating an inventory schedule as per the requirements. 

• Monitoring the customers' demands for the products. 

• Keeping a track of production volume. 

• Processing the customers shipment complaints. 

• Answering the questions on various shipping and return issues 

• Coordinating between the production and other departments. 

• Determining the timeline for production completion. 

• Working in collaboration with accounting department for shipping payment issues. 

• Developing cost estimates reports and their performance analysis. 

• Adhering to all the health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor degree in Inventory Management, Logistics or any other field 

• Candidates with a high school diploma will also be considered. 

• Proven work experience as a Material Planner or a similar role in the Production department. 

• Strong knowledge and understanding of shipping and receiving materials. 

• Outstanding knowledge of manufacturing processes. 

• Ability to manage time effectively. 

• Excellent communication skills. 

• Good organizational skills. 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools. 

• Ability to solve manage complex problems. 

• Physical fit individual. 

• Should work in a team as well as independently. 

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. 

• A keen eye for details.
