Job Overview

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to manage our company’s accounts both payable and receivable. Accounts Administrator responsibilities encompass reviewing and reconciling accounts, accounting work related to taxes- including bookkeeping, reckoning and filling managerial roles via overseeing an accounting staff , processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts .This could include assigning duties to staff members as well as evaluating and training them.

To be successful in this role, you should have Finance or Accounting background with a familiarity of bookkeeping and a acumen for keen accuracy is essential for success.


  • Direct marketers, clients and third party vendors about their responsibilities

  • Keep updated the status of accounts receivable and payables.

  • Process bank deposits.

  • Reconcile financial statements.

  • Prepare, send and store the record of invoices.

  • Contact clients to update them about timely payments.

  • Submit tax forms.

  • Identify and address discrepancies.

  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.


  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role

  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.

  • Proficiency in accounting software programs.

  • Monthly closing experience.

  • Keen eye for detail and dedication to accuracy.

  • Good Public speaking skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.

  • Solid data entry skills.

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.

  • B.Sc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
