Job Overview

We need a trustworthy billing coordinator perform numerous accounting duties in our organization. Your main task will be preparing billing papers of our customers. You will be in charge of insurance facilities provided, planning the billing procedures and making estimate of payments to be made by the customers. To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical and organizational skills. You should ensure that customers are charged appropriately and company’s payments are collected in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with Sales and Finance team to manage account receivables

  • Collect and produce information like shipping rates, prices, discounts etc.

  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff

  • Ensure that customers pay their bills correctly and on time for the services provided

  • Prepare financial statements and submit them on timely basis

  • Request for payments of pending debts in an appropriate manner

  • Keep accurate records of customers information, received payments etc.


  • BS in Accounting, Finance or relevant field

  • Proven experience as Billing Coordinator or similar position

  • Excellent understanding of relevant finance laws

  • Excellent in MS Office and Data Entry Tasks

  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks at a time

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure
