We are looking for a Fence Installer with prior experience in the Construction industry to join us. You should own complete work knowledge and skillful hands to handle all fencing requirements. As part of your job role, you should review and provide a work completion timeline. Besides, you should have complete knowledge of different fencing types.

Moreover, you should display good physical fitness and willingness to work for long hours. You should be able to interpret technical drawings and accordingly provide fencing suggestions. Your detail-oriented approach will prove beneficial in examining the site. 

You should own good technical skills and the ability to plan a proper fence layout. In addition to this, you should measure and determine the dimensions of fencing. To provide a neat finish, you should recommend appropriate fencing furnishing.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients to understand their fencing requirements

• Reviewing and providing an estimate on work timeline and materials required

• Undertaking the installation of different types of fencing such as electric and security fencing

• Removing and clearing old fences, debris, rocks, and preparing the ground

• Measuring and determining new fence parameters

• Planning and establishing the fence layout

• Mixing and pouring concrete in post holes

• Cutting and installing posts and fence rails

• Attaching panels by welding different parts together

• Performing site inspections

• Examining the climate and topography for suggesting appropriate finishing

• Trimming and polishing fences to according to the client’s requirements

• Examining if the fences are installed correctly

Requirements

• High school diploma in any discipline

• Professional training or license in installing fencing

• Proven work experience in the Construction industry

• Knowledge of different kinds of fencing like aluminum fences, electric fences, and vinyl fences

• Familiarity with fencing installation tools and equipment such as scribing tool, door and board lifter, claw hammer, and chisel

• Agile and dexterous 

• Good mathematical skills 

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift heavy objects

• An eye for detail

• Ability to work for long periods of time and on weekends

• Ability to offer excellent customer satisfaction
