Our Construction department is excited to announce that we are seeking for an experienced and talented candidate to join us as a Landscape Architect. 

You will be responsible for planning and designing the development of the projects as per the client's requirements. You will also be responsible for preparing visual plans by using CAD and Drafting software. 

In addition to this, you should be able to communicate with the local to understand the environment parameter. You should also develop project time and budget constraints. To succeed in this job role, you should possess excellent active listening skills as well as good organizational skills.

Responsibilities   

• Meeting the Architect, Engineers, and the clients. 

• Discussing the requirements and specifications of the clients. 

• Conducting various studies on the site such as soil, ecology, roads, etc. 

• Developing visual representations of sites. 

• Presenting plans that meet the project goals. 

• Estimating the cost of the project. 

• Making use of Computer Design Applications and Drafting software. 

• Choosing material for the project based on clients demands and climate parameters. 

• Inspecting the structural and ground stability of the site. 

• Offering recommendations on various environmental issues. 

• Working in collaboration with local regulatory authorities. 

• Ensuring the client is satisfied and maintaining a future contact. 

• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients and the vendors. 

• Communicating with the locals to gain knowledge. 

• Making sure that project adheres to all the rules and regulations. 

• Staying updated with the current trends and landscape practices. 

 Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, or a similar degree. 

• Proven work experience as a Landscape Architect, Landscape Designer, or a similar role in the Construction industry. 

• A professional license provided by the state. 

• Proficiency with Computer Aided Design Applications. 

• Good analytical and organizational skills. 

• Ability to write specifications in an accurate manner. 

• Working knowledge in the Geographical Information System (GIS). 

• Excellent visualization abilities. 

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. 

• A close eye for details for accuracy. 

• Good client management skills.
