We are searching for a Master Electrician having excellent knowledge of electrical components and systems to join us. You should be able to install electrical systems as per the specifications. You should also be able to review the work area and provide clients with work completion timelines. 

Besides, you should be able to hire, train, and supervise fellow Electricians. You should also be able to analyze and perform repair tasks. As a Master Electrician, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Moreover, you should be aware of the health and safety protocols and ensure compliance to it at all times.  

Additionally, you should be physically fit and have the ability to work for long hours. You should be able to coordinate with vendors and contractors. Furthermore, you should be able to maintain a detailed record of all your daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Installing electrical systems and components 

• Performing minor repairs and servicing 

• Replacing damaged or broken electrical systems 

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications 

• Coordinating daily activities with the Electrical Technician

• Placing orders for replacement parts and components 

• Training and supervising other Electricians 

• Ensuring that the installed electrical systems are working properly 

• Reviewing and providing the clients with an estimate of work completion timelines 

• Maintaining and updating the record of daily activities 

• Liaising with vendors and clients 

• Adhering to the health and safety guidelines at all times 

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED 

• 3-5 years of experience as a Master Electrician, Electrician, or a similar position in the Construction industry 

• Complete knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and components 

• Familiarity with hand and power tools 

• Understanding of the industry standards and safety guidelines 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Displaying good physical and mental strength 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Having an eye for detail 

• Highly motivated individual 

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently 

• Strong leadership qualities 

• Ability to work for long hours and in extreme weather conditions 

• Ability to offer improved customer service
