We are actively looking for an experienced and talented candidate to join us on a full-time basis as a Senior Estimator. You will be responsible for determining the cost estimates for the completion of the project. 

As an ideal candidate, you will also be responsible for estimating the time and labors required for the projects. You should possess excellent analytical and negotiating skills. In addition to this, you should have prior work experience as a Senior Estimator or a similar role. 

To succeed in this job role, you should be travelling on a regular basis to inspect the sites. Furthermore, you should have knowledge of numerous construction practices and procedures.

Responsibilities 

• Visiting and analyzing the construction sites. 

• Developing estimates for planning and organizing the project. 

• Determining total cost for raw materials, equipment's, and utilities. 

• Identifying the time constraints in the projects. 

• Managing the bid submission and prequalification. 

• Determining the number of labors required for the project to be completed. 

• Computing the cost using cost estimate software. 

• Understanding and analyzing the construction documents. 

• Contacting Contractor and vendor to find the best prices. 

• Managing the risk and preparing plans that may affects the cost constraints. 

• Preparing the reports and presenting them to the higher management. 

• Keeping the clients and stakeholders well informed. 

• Working in collaboration with the team members. 

• Maintaining a strong relationship with the Contractors. 

• Staying updated with the latest industrial practices and trends. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction Management, Architecture, or a similar field. 

• Experience working for a Construction company as a Senior Estimator, Estimator, or a similar role. 

• A professional Estimator Certification will be mandatory. 

• Strong knowledge about various construction practices. 

• Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment. 

• Willingness to travel as and when required. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Good time management abilities. 

• Outstanding understanding of data analysis and KPIs. 

• Ability to visit the construction site. 

• Exceptional reporting and negotiation skills. 

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
