Job Overview 

We are hiring a Learning and Development Manager for our company to assist and provide support and necessary training to our employees. The prime responsibility is to help them acquire new skills and learn professional development. Furthermore, you will assess and determine the potential areas for growth and progression.

  • Discuss and identify target areas/KPIs 
  • Assess and identify the current skills of the employees 
  • Design strategies and plan end-to-end developmental program according to the organizational requirements 
  • Plan and prepare training materials in lines with the latest trends 
  • Arrange in-house training programmes as well as online e-learning models 
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress through Appraisal Performa 
  • Modify and adjust training programmes when needed as per the company’s requirements 
  • Record and report training courses, schedules, and results 
  • Carry out research and incorporate new methodologies for effective development and overall growth 


  • Master’s degree in Psychology/HR or relevant field 
  • 5+ years work experience in the coaching and training field 
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and LMS (Learning Management System) like Docebo or TalentLMS 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of effective instructional models and resources 
  • Fair understanding of organizational growth 
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive mindset 
  • Exceptional management and instructional skills
