Job Overview 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Public Speaker to be a part of our company. You should be able to provide the audience with information on the company’s products and services. As part of your job responsibilities, you should be able to research the speech topics, prepare scripts, and conduct timely rehearsals.  

Apart from this, you should constantly work on improving your tone and speech delivery. Your networking and communication skills will be helpful in interacting with the audience and addressing any of their queries. You should be able to organize conferences as well as participate in external ones. 

As a Public Speaker, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition to this, you should be familiar with various presentation tools, equipment, and screens. You should be willing to travel to different locations and work for flexible hours.

  • Identifying speech topics and researching on the same 

  • Preparing and writing speech scripts 

  • Rehearsing the speech before the main event 

  • Improving your tone and speech delivery 

  • Interacting with the audience and answering any of their questions 

  • Checking microphone, speakers, and the sound quality prior to the speech 

  • Conducting seminars and presentations 

  • Attending various conferences and networking events 

  • Presenting speeches about the company’s services and products 

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments 

  • Ensuring that the audience is engaged throughout the speech 

  • Discussing the speech feedback with the Company Heads.  


  • High school diploma or degree in any discipline 

  • Proven work experience as a Public Speaker or a similar role in Corporate Training industry 

  • Familiarity with the use of projection screens and presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong presentation and networking skills 

  • Good time management and organizational skills 

  • Displaying good body language 

  • Willingness to travel to different locations 

  • Ability to stand for a long period and work at flexible hours 

  • Good leadership skills 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
