Our company is in search of a Success Coach to help our clients help attain their professional goals. You should plan, develop and implement business strategies to assist clients in fulfilling their business milestones. Besides, you will be responsible for advising clients on methods to identify profitable opportunities and potential threats.

You should be a good listener and have the ability to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information. Apart from offering professional guidance, you should also maintain a detailed report of client sessions and update progress reports regularly. 

Your familiarity with various motivational techniques is vital for this job role. Also, you should be able to upgrade your skills based on client feedback. You should encourage and motivate clients to actively participate in the introductory and follow-up sessions.

  • Assisting clients in determining their personal, financial, and professional goals

  • Advising clients in identifying potential threats and challenges

  • Offering professional guidance 

  • Encouraging clients to actively participate in the entire procedure

  • Planning and developing effective strategies for attaining individual goals

  • Gathering feedback from clients

  • Encouraging follow-up sessions

  • Maintaining and updating progress reports of clients

  • Suggesting various skill development and motivation techniques 

  • Helping clients develop success-enhancing behavior, routine, and habits

  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in the corporate training

  • Advising clients in recognizing their milestones

  • Providing one-on-one coaching sessions when required

  • Responding to clients queries via emails or phone calls

  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients

  • Attending conferences and events to upgrade skills and knowledge


  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling or related field

  • Atleast 3 years of work experience in Corporate Training or as a Success Coach with a reputed organization

  • Certification from a recognized institute is desirable

  • Ability to motivate and encourage clients

  • A good listener

  • Knowledge of various skill-building and success enhancing techniques

  • Basic computer skills

  • Demonstrating reliability and integrity

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good time management and organizational skills
