Our customer service department is actively looking for a talented and experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team. 

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for serving point of contact between the company and the customer. You will also be responsible for providing information on the product and service to the clients. 

In addition to this, you should maintain and manage a database of client's information. You should be able to resolve all the issues and complaints. Prior work experience as a Customer Service Consultant will be an added benefit to the candidates. 

You should possess an excellent ability to speak with clients in a professional manner. You should also have an outstanding ability to multitasks as well as good interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding the client's needs and requirements. 

  • Asking personal details from the clients.

  • Resolving any complaints and issues. 

  • Answering all the questions faced by the clients via phone or email. 

  • Offering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

  • Maintaining a detailed record of the client's complaints. 

  • Assisting in hiring and training new employees. 

  • Performing some managerial tasks as and when required. 

  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients. 

  • Maintaining customer database for future reference. 

  • Providing effective assistance during high-volume calls. 

  • Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company. 

  • Staying up to date with the latest trends in the customer service industry. 


  • High school diploma 

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Consultant, a similar position in a Customer Service department. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Good data entry skills. 

  • Exceptional decision-making abilities. 

  • Ability to meet deadlines. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools. 

  • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Good interpersonal and time management skills. 

  • Ability to handle different personalities. 

  • Outstanding organizational skills. 

  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service. 

  • Good problem-solving abilities. 

  • Working in a team environment or independently. 

  • Hardworking and passionate individual.
