Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join our customer services team. Your role is to resolve all the queries of customers regarding technical issues and providing best possible results on phone or email. You are responsible to provide customer services and technical services to our clients in a best possible way. Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills plus proficient knowledge of technical procedures is the key requirements for this role.

  • Respond to the customer queries and complaints.

  • Provide adequate solutions to the technical issues.

  • Troubleshoot technical inadequacies by obtaining required information from the customer over phone or email.

  • Report the difficult or complex issues to the Help Desk Manager.

  • Provide excellent customer service to the clients.

  • Follow up with the customers regularly.

  • Maintain the record of common issues related to customer complaints and report them to higher management.

  • Determine potential issues and resolve them beforehand.

  • Suggest improvements on procedures.


  • Bachelors in Information Technology or Computer Sciences.

  • Proven experience of working as a Helpdesk Technician.

  • Hands on experience in resolving technical issues.

  • Familiar with database management systems such as Oracle and SQL.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem solving abilities

  • Team management skills.
