Job Overview

We are looking for a Visual Effects Artist to join our Design team. You should be able to create appealing graphics and smart animations within the assigned budget. Also, you should be able to use different VFX techniques to help create high-quality content. 

Moreover, you should conceptualize and design graphics based on the clients’ requirements. Besides, you should take part in brainstorming sessions along with the Graphic Designer and Visual Designer. Your creative capabilities and detail-oriented approach will give you an upper hand in this job role.

In addition to this, you should own troubleshooting skills to rectify any issues with animations. You will be coordinating with the clients and keeping them updated about the project’s progress. Apart from your day-to-day duties, you should be able to provide technical support whenever required.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing and designing high-quality motion graphics and animations

• Designing mockups and storyboards to visualize the project requirements

• Brainstorming unique ideas along with the Visual Designer and UI/UX Designer

• Ensuring that the project timelines and requirements are met

• Using different VFX techniques like Computer-Generated Imagery, Digital Compositing and Motion Control Photography

• Communicating project timelines and obtaining feedback from clients

• Creating CGI characters for video games and mobile applications

• Troubleshooting any glitches in the project

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Designing, Computer Animation or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a VFX Artist or similar role in the Design department

• An impressive portfolio of creative designs is mandatory

• Proficiency in animation and video production techniques like scaling, timing, staging, and lighting

• Familiarity with VFX creation software like Maya, Maxon Cinema 4D, and Adobe After Effects

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly creative and motivated individual
