Our school is looking for an experienced and talented candidate as an Academic Coach to join us.

As an Academic Coach, you are responsible for identifying students’ talents and helping them develop their skills. You should be assisting students of different grade levels such as school, high school, and college. You should be motivating students to be successful in their careers.

In addition to this, you should be preparing and assisting the students in the admission process. You should be preparing coach sessions for all the students. Paying extra attention to the weak students so that they achieve their goal is a mandatory task.

You should possess extraordinary organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should hold a valid teaching license. Prior experience working as an Academic Coach will be an advantage for the candidate.

• Interacting with students of all grades.

• Preparing lesson plans accordingly.

• Developing effective instructional strategies.

• Meeting the learning needs of the students.

• Building a healthy relationship with the students.

• Assisting students in admission procedures if needed.

• Working collaboratively with Teachers and Principal.

• Planning and organizing student’s progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

• Work experience as an Academic Coach or a similar position in the Education field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A valid teaching certificate/license.

• Experience in counseling will be mandatory.

• Demonstrate excellent ability to build rapport with students.

• Extraordinary problem-solving skills.

• Solid analytical and organizational skills.

• Strong understanding of college admissions procedures.

• Knowledge of financial aid options.

• Ability to work in teams or independently as and when needed.

• Demonstrate the ability to motivate students.

• Good time management skills.

• Decision-making ability.
