Job Overview  

Our educational department is looking for an experienced and qualified candidate to join our team on an urgent basis. You will be responsible for supervising daily activities at the center. You will be also responsible for meeting local, state, and federal child care requirements.  

As an ideal candidate, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a similar degree. Prior work experience as a Center Director or related job role will be an added benefit for the candidate.  

To succeed in this job role, you should possess extensive knowledge of child care development. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems patiently.

  • Working in collaboration with the center facilities team members.  

  • Adhering to the local, state, and federal requirements.  

  • Developing curriculum as per the specifications.  

  • Assisting HR department in finding, sourcing, and hiring new employees.  

  • Providing necessary training to the new employees.  

  • Managing the center’s finance by setting budgets.  

  • Organizing meetings with parents based on their educational needs.  

  • Observing the teaching skills of the Teachers.  

  • Maintaining student's records according to the enrollment procedures.  

  • Making sure that the center is sufficiently stocked and restocked as and when needed.  

  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the regulatory bodies.  

  • Overseeing all the office functions such as tuition billing, payroll, etc.  


  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related degree.  

  • Proven work experience as a Center Director or a similar role in the Education department.  

  • A valid state license will be mandatory.  

  • Professional certificate in Child Development Associate (CDA).  

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of local, state, and federal child care legislation.  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Sound understanding of child development.  

  • Good conflict resolution skills.  

  • Outstanding ability to make a decision promptly.  

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.  

  • A highly organized and detailed oriented individual.  

  • Strong budget and reporting skills.  

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.  

  • Strong work ethics.
