Our Educational institute is in search of a knowledgeable and experienced Clinical Professor to join us. You should be able to prepare lesson plans and monitor student-patient consultation sessions. Besides, you should also be able to oversee day-to-day clinical activities.  

As a Clinical Professor, you should be able to explain and discuss theoretical principles with the students. Moreover, you should be able to visit other healthcare centers and institutes as a visiting faculty. As part of your job role, you should ensure meeting the course objectives and maintaining long-term professional relationships with students. 

To be able to perform in this job role, you should be familiar with various clinical terminologies and activities and have a research-driven approach. Furthermore, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills. Also, you should be able to give clear instructions and encourage a learning atmosphere. A candidate displaying a calm composure and excellent teaching skills will be considered.

Responsibilities 

• Monitoring daily activities and providing clear instructions 

• Helping students make rational clinical judgments 

• Preparing lesson plans and presenting the same in classroom 

• Encouraging students to sharpen their skills and clinical knowledge 

• Organizing and participating in various educational programs and events 

• Discussing and explaining theoretical principles to students 

• Travelling to other institutes and healthcare centers as a visiting faculty 

• Guiding students on their visits to the healthcare centers and overseeing student-patient interactions 

• Assigning academic tasks to students and evaluating their score 

• Ensuring that all the course objectives are met 

• Providing theoretical as well as practical training to students 

• Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with students 

Requirements 

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field 

• Proven work experience as a Clinical Professor or a similar role in the any reputed educational institute 

• Complete knowledge of various clinical activities and teaching techniques 

• Research-driven and detail-oriented individual 

• Excellent communication, presentation and teaching skills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Willingness to travel to different locations 

• Displaying a calm composure
