Job Overview  

Our Education department is looking for a passionate and experienced individual to work with us as Elementary School Teacher.  

You will be responsible for planning and preparing teaching strategies. You will also be responsible for creating a fun learning environment for the students. In addition to this, you will be required to keep the students occupied with learning materials.  

As an ideal candidate, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field. You should possess an excellent ability to communicate with the students in a patient manner. You should also have extraordinary listening skills.  

Prior work experience as an Elementary Teacher or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidates. Furthermore, you should hold a valid teaching license issued by the state as well.

  • Developing a teaching program and teaching strategies.  

  • Creating interesting and creative teaching materials.  

  • Preparing numerous instructional activities.  

  • Keeping the classroom under control.  

  • Working closely with the struggling students.  

  • Organizing ongoing training lessons.  

  • Creating lessons according to the student's capabilities.  

  • Encouraging students to learn in an engaging environment.  

  • Educating students the importance of good manners.  

  • Keeping the classroom well organized and clean.  

  • Conducting tests and examinations for the students.  

  • Monitoring the students' progress.   

  • Assigning grades to the students.  

  • Solving any problems that the students might face.  

  • Performing administrative duties as and when required.  

  • Staying updated with the latest trends in the Education industry.  


  • Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related degree.  

  • Working experience in the Education department as an Elementary School Teacher, Teacher, or a similar position.  

  • A valid teaching license.  

  • Formal training or apprenticeship will be an added benefit. 

  • Sound knowledge of teaching strategies and practices.  

  • Extensive understanding and knowledge of child development practices.  

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.  

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  

  • A patient individual.  

  • Excellent active listening skills.  

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.  

  • A keen eye for details.  

  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
