Job Overview  

Our Education department is seeking for a detailed oriented and experienced individual to work with us as an Examiner.  

As an Examiner, you will be responsible for examining students based on the school grading system. You will also be responsible for suggesting improvements in the students' progress as well. In addition, you will be required to explain to students the guidelines of the examination before commencing the process.  

To succeed in this job role, prior work experience as an Examiner or a related job position will be an added benefit for the candidate. You should possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to pay close attention to details.

  • Discussing with the Teacher and knowing the student's abilities.  

  • Collecting assignments, projects, and other necessary documents that are needed to start the process of examining.  

  • Arranging students as per their enrollment number.  

  • Explaining the students the rules and guidelines of the assessments beforehand.  

  • Grading the annual submissions.  

  • Examining students for their written and oral exercises.  

  • Writing your comments throughout the grading process.  

  • Evaluating all forms of assessment that contribute to students’ degree results.  

  • Submitting the grading forms along with the supporting documents.  

  • Recommending ways to improve the scoring guidelines.  

  • Clearing doubt in the assignment and project-related concerns.  

  • Reporting to the higher authorities about the teaching programs.  

  • Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the institute.  

  • Staying updated with the latest trends in the education industry.  


  • Bachelor's degree in Literature, English, or a High School Diploma.  

  • Proven work experience in the Education department as an Examiner or a similar role.  

  • Ability to evaluate the students based on their capabilities.  

  • Demonstrate ability to write assessment questions based on the grade levels.  

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.  

  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.  

  • A keen eye for details for accuracy.  

  • Strong organizational skills.  

  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.  

  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.  

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
