Our educational institute is in search of a Lead Teacher to join us. You should be able to coordinate with the teaching staff in developing the department’s curriculum. Besides, you should be able to review and suggest improvement measures in the teaching methods and techniques. You should also be able to help the teaching faculty in gathering resource materials. 

As a Lead Teacher, you should be able to encourage and provide a positive classroom environment. Moreover, you should have excellent teaching skills and a valid certification or training in the Teacher’s program. You should be able to coordinate with the parents to discuss the child’s progress on timely basis. You should also be able to provide any assistance to the teaching staff as and when required. 

To be able to perform in this job role, you should have strong analytical skills. In addition to this, you should be a reliable and highly motivated individual. You should be able to work towards the betterment of the school’s various educational processes. A proven work experience in the educational sector will be an advantage.

Responsibilities 

• Evaluating teaching methods and techniques and suggesting improvements 

• Reviewing and approving lesson plans 

• Assisting the teaching staff in gathering resource materials 

• Helping with developing the department’s curriculum 

• Planning and implementing effective educational strategies 

• Providing guidance to the teaching staff as and when required 

• Working towards the effective management and development of the school 

• Encouraging and providing a positive classroom environment 

• Holding meetings with parents to communicate about the child’s progress 

Requirements 

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field 

• Holding a valid Teacher’s training and certification 

• Proven work experience as a Lead Teacher, Teacher , or a similar position in a reputed Educational Insititute 

• Complete knowledge of the educational policies and guidelines 

• Excellent teaching skills 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Displaying a welcoming and warm personality 

• Highly motivated and patient individual 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
