Responsibilities

• Discussing with the clients in regards to the topics.

• Planning and writing the speech content.

• Researching several topics by reading books, magazines, newspapers, etc.

• Writing an inspiring and motivating speech script.

• Talking to people to learn their life inspiring events.

• Delivering motivational speeches effectively.

• Engaging with the audience.

• Brainstorming ideas and topics with the team members.

• Questioning the audience to make the event entertaining.

• Ensuring that the sound system at the venue is working properly.

• Guiding people to find purpose in life.

• Ensuring proper eye contact with the audience.

• Taking feedback from the audience at the end of the event.

Requirements 

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Working experience as a Motivational Speaker, Inspirational Speaker, or a similar role in the Education department.

• A professional public speaking certificate will be an added advantage.

• Demonstrate the ability to interact with the crowd.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• A presentable and charismatic individual.

• Demonstrate ability to write motivational speeches with ease.

• Ability to utilize real-life situations in the speech.

• Ability to travel to various locations.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Phenomenal ability to manage time effectively.

• Demonstrate an ability to motivate an individual.

• A creative individual and thinking out of the box.

• Ability to manage multi-task at the same time.
