Job Overview 

We are in search of a knowledgeable and experienced individual to join us as a Registrar. You will be responsible for handling the students’ admission procedures as per the assigned guidelines. Besides, you should also be to update and maintain detailed students’ records in the database. Moreover, you should also be able to maintain the confidentiality of important candidate information. 

Your job responsibilities will also include training and overseeing the performance of the staff members. Also, you should be able to contact schools and other educational institutes to request transcripts and student records. In addition to this, you should also be able to assist the Admissions Director and the Admissions Counselor with the necessary enrolment procedures. 

To be able to perform in this job role, you should be detail-oriented and demonstrate good administrative skills. Also, you should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively. You should also have good computer skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

  • Organizing students’ records 

  • Ensuring that the admission procedures are carried out as per the guidelines 

  • Overseeing that all the students’ records are kept up-to-date 

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of important student information 

  • Organizing and leading staff meetings 

  • Training and overseeing the performance of the staff members 

  • Maintaining and updating student records in the database 

  • Requesting transcripts and student records from schools and other educational institutes 

  • Assisting Admissions Director and Admissions Counselor with the enrolment procedures 

  • Performing administrative duties such as maintaining students’ academic records and schedules 


  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registrar or a similar role in the Education industry 

  • Complete knowledge of the educational policies and guidelines 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks 

  • Good computer skills 

  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual 

  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
