Responsibilities 

• Assisting in developing and implementing various courses 

• Planning and preparing a structure of lecture series 

• Examining various coursework contents 

• Organizing and participating in training programs for faculty 

• Promoting the institute’s educational goals and objectives 

• Preparing and presenting lectures on existing and new courses 

• Helping students with academic and career choices 

• Defining assessment methods 

• Evaluating students’ performance and providing constructive feedback 

• Reviewing and finding ways to improve the learning environment 

• Attending faculty meetings and suggesting improvements 

• Designing extra-curriculum learning activities 

• Reviewing the effectiveness of various learning strategies 

• Building and maintaining long-term relations with students 

• Helping students identify their strengths and to work on their weaknesses 

Requirements 

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in any relevant subject 

• Proven work experience as a Visiting Faculty or a similar position in any reputed educational institute 

• Complete understanding of course structure and teaching techniques 

• Excellent academic knowledge  

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills 

• Willingness to travel to different locations 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

• Highly motivated and creative individual 

• Having an eye for detail
