Our educational institute is in search of a Vocal Coach to join us. You should be able to communicate with clients and understand their training requirements. Besides, you should also be able to offer them advise on the training sessions available. 

You should be able to perform vocal assessments and develop a training plan accordingly. You will be responsible for teaching various vocal training techniques and exercises. Also, you should provide clients with tips on preserving their voices.  

As a Vocal Coach, you should be familiar with the developments in the music industry. Furthermore, you should have knowledge of musical notations, voice modulation and using musical instruments. To perform in this job role, you should display good leadership skills. In addition, you should be highly creative professional, and a disciplined individual.

Responsibilities 

• Performing vocal assessments of clients 

• Communicating with clients to understand their vocal training needs 

• Developing and providing clients with a lesson plan 

• Conducting one-on-one training sessions with clients whenever needed 

• Teaching clients various vocal training techniques and exercises 

• Training clients to participate in various competitions and concerts 

• Giving tips on preserving voices and performing warm-up exercises 

• Participating and networking at various events and conferences 

• Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients 

• Providing musical accompaniment during rehearsals 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related field 

• Proven work experience as a Voice Coach or a similar role in the Education sector 

• Excellent knowledge of musical notations, voice modulation, harmony, and anatomy 

• Familiarity with various musical instruments like piano and violin 

• Excellent vocal coaching skills 

• Having a welcoming personality 

• Up-to-date with the latest developments in the music industry 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to provide motivation and an interactive learning environment 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Highly creative and disciplined individual
