We are looking for a motivated and smart Workforce Development Instructor to be a part of our team. You should be able to provide clients with training plans based on their requirements. You should be able to communicate with clients to understand their professional goals. Besides, you should also be able to gather and present clients with additional learning resources.
Your job responsibilities will also involve developing training courses for both salaried and non-salaried individuals. Moreover, you should be able to visit various institutes and workplaces to provide career counseling sessions. Also, you should be able to maintain a detailed and accurate record of referrals and case notes.
As a Workforce Development Instructor, you should be familiar with various instructional methods and techniques. In addition to this, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills. To be able to perform in this job role, you should display an approachable personality and a highly reliable behavior.

Understanding client requirements and planning courses that carry professional accreditation
Preparing and presenting highly engaging and memorable lessons and sessions
Gathering and providing clients with additional resource materials
Evaluating clients grasp of the presented courses
Developing courses for both salaried and non-salaried individuals
Communicating with clients and developing individual training plans
Providing workplace counseling sessions
Developing supplementary learning activities
Analyzing clients’ learning difficulties and developing course plans accordingly
Helping clients with employer placement contacts
Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of referrals and case notes
Assisting clients with drafting resumes and job applications
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Holding WCDC training or Career Services Provider Certification is a must
Proven work experience as a Workforce Development Instructor or a similar role in the education sector
Complete knowledge of various instructional methods and techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Well-groomed and having an approachable personality
Good time management and organizational skills
Highly motivated and reliable individual
Ability to work for long and flexible hours
Ability to offer excellent customer service
