We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented individual to join our Engineering department as an Assistant Engineer. You will be primarily responsible for coordinating daily operations with the Senior Engineer and the Project Engineer. Besides, you will be responsible for visiting the construction sites and ensuring all the processes meet quality and industry standards.
As an Assistant Engineer, you should be able to review the construction budget and ensure completion of tasks within the same. You should also be able to examine the equipment used and schedule maintenance or repair appointments accordingly. Moreover, you should also be able to create technical drawings matching the specifications provided.
To excel in this job role, you should have excellent industry knowledge and strong analytical skills. Furthermore, you should be familiar with various CAD software. In addition to this, you should display collaborative and multitasking abilities.

Coordinating the day-to-day operations with the Senior Engineer
Inspecting and ensuring smooth functioning of all the engineering processes
Ensuring that all tasks are completed within the assigned budget
Undertaking or scheduling repair or maintenance of the equipment
Checking the inventory on a timely basis and ordering materials as required
Creating engineering or technical drawings as per the specifications provided
Checking if all the products used meet the quality standards
Reviewing the design and development of various construction projects
Visiting construction sites as and when needed
Assisting in determining the number of materials and manpower required for various projects
Analyzing and addressing any problems with the construction project in a timely manner
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven work experience in the Engineering industry as an Assistant Engineer or a similar position
Complete understanding of the engineering processes
Knowledge of the industry standards and safety practices
Familiarity with CAD software like Creo, Fusion 360°, and Solidworks
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent technical skills
Displaying good multitasking abilities
Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
Ability to provide excellent customer service
