Our Engineering department is seeking for a talented individual to join us on an urgent basis as a Process Control Engineer.  

You should be able to analyze the processes that affect the overall production of the product. You should also be able to spot any faults in the process control system and ensure maximum profitability.  

As an ideal candidate, you should have outstanding problem-solving ability and understanding of various processes in the manufacturing plant. You should also have excellent leadership skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities  

• Identifying the areas that require process control optimizations.  

• Suggesting improvements in the current processes.  

• Coordinating with the industrial production processes.  

• Designing and upgrading the manufacturing plant process.  

• Performing quality assurance on the manufacturing plant.  

• Overseeing the plant procedures.  

• Monitoring the process control codes.  

• Planning and executing the application program loads.  

• Offering day to day plant process automatic support.  

• Supervising the work and assisting the fellow team members.  

• Troubleshooting and resolving any problems that occur at the plant.  

• Documenting the details of the plant procedures.  

• Maximizing efficiency and cost of the processes.  

• Preparing standardized procedures for operating plants.  

• Adhering to the safety and environmental protection.  

• Working in collaboration with the Engineers and other team members.  

• Preparing process reports on a monthly basis.  

• Staying abreast of the latest developments in the process control engineering.  

Requirements  

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering degree.  

• 2 years of experience working as a Process Control Engineer, Process Control, or a similar role in the Engineering department.  

• Experience in using Statistical Process softwares.  

• Knowledge and understanding of production and manufacturing processes.  

• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.  

• Ability to meet deadlines.  

• Phenomenal communication and organizational skills.  

• Ability to work under minimal supervision.  

• Good analytical and mathematical skills.  

• Experience in AutoCAD software.  

• A hardworking and passionate individual.  

• Ability to work collaboratively.  

• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.  

• Strong work ethics.
