Job Overview  

Our Finance department is looking forward to hiring a detailed oriented and talented candidate to join us as an Audit Manager.  

As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing the audit and accounting processes. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring the Audit Assistants and other fellow team members.  

Ideally, you should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field. You should possess an outstanding ability to take timely decisions. In addition to this, you should have good communication skills and the ability to lead the team efficiently.  

You should also have extensive knowledge and understanding of internal and external audit processes. Additionally, you should be able to identify and notify the business risks to the higher management.

  • Overseeing the accounting processes and procedures.  

  • Analyzing financial data, reports, as well as statements.  

  • Reviewing the completed audit files and processes.  

  • Supervising and advising the Audit Assistants and other team members.  

  • Detecting any miscalculations or errors in the audit and handling them on priority.  

  • Planning and implementing audit processes and policies.  

  • Coordinating with the internal and external audit processes.  

  • Conducting training sessions for the Audit Assistants.  

  • Presenting audit findings to the higher management.  

  • Identifying business process risks that are involved.  

  • Documenting all the results of audit evaluations.  

  • Making sure the audits are completed in a timely manner.  

  • Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company.  


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar degree.  

  • Proven work experience as an Audit Manager, Account Manager, or a similar role in the Finance department.  

  • A professional Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an added advantage.  

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) principles.  

  • Good oral and written communication skills.  

  • Ability to manage time efficiently.  

  • Knowledge and understanding of internal and external audit processes.  

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.  

  • Ability to detect problems and resolve them instantly.  

  • A sharp eye for details for accuracy.  

  • Good leadership abilities and the ability to work under stressful situations.
