Job Overview

We are hiring Finance Clerk for our well-reputed company who will be responsible to manage accounts payable and receivable regularly and ensure the smooth running of financial operations. You are supposed to maintain daily payments records and reports accurately and resolve client issues regarding their accounts and payments. This role also requires you to take care of customer services along with the administration.

  • Process and manage routine banking, transactions, and petty cash
  • Maintain personnel and payroll records and data
  • Help clients with opening and closing accounts and carry out other transactions
  • Generate financial accounting vouchers
  • Evaluate employees’ working hours and attendance records
  • Review loan applications
  • Apprise customers about their accounts and company policies and procedures
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in the light of ongoing policies


  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Commerce
  • 2+ years’ experience of clerical duties
  • Hands on experience of MS Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Amazing written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of organizational policies
