Our Healthcare department is seeking for an experienced candidate to join on a full-time basis as a Reiki Healer.  

As a Reiki Healer, you will responsible for healing the patient using various Reiki techniques. You will also be responsible for treating a range of conditions such as stress, headache, lifestyle changes, chronic pain, and sleeping disorders.  

As an ideal candidate, you should have a valid license and certifications required for a Reiki Healer. You should possess excellent listening skills as well as an outstanding ability to provide great customer service. In addition to this, you should have good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities  

• Meeting the patients and understanding their needs.  

• Scheduling consultation meetings with the patients.  

• Identifying the patients' health issues.  

• Formulating the healing process for the patients.  

• Explaining the patients the entire process.  

• Answering questions of the patients.  

• Educating the patients with the benefit of the healing process.  

• Offering lifestyle coaching and spiritual counseling.  

• Monitoring the patient's progress via the healing process.  

• Determining the cause of pain of the patient.  

• Knowing everything about patient's emotional and physical health.  

• Treating patient's emotional and spiritual problem using Reiki.  

• Counseling patients on stress management, and general wellness.  

• Maintaining a strong and healthy relationship with the patients.  

• Maintaining patient's records for future reference.  

• Providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.  

• Recommending a proper diet and exercise to the patients as and when needed.  

• Working in collaboration with the team members.  

• Maintaining a detailed case history of the patients.  

• Staying updated with the latest techniques in Reiki healing.  

Requirements  

• High school diploma or a related field.  

• Proven work experience in the Healthcare industry as a Reiki Healer or a similar role.  

• Professional certification as a Reiki Healer.  

• Good oral and written communication skills.  

• Active listening skills.  

• Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.  

• Willingness to work under minimal or no supervision.  

• Ability to motivate and showcase good work ethics.  

• Ability to solve complex problems efficiently.  

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.  

• Ability to work for a long period of time.  

• Ability to deal with different personalities.
