Job Overview  

We are excited to announce that we are looking forward to hiring an experienced and passionate individual as a Club Promoter. Your primary aim will be advertising parties, events, and venues to prospective clients.  

As a Club Promoter, you will be responsible for planning and promoting the events to attract the potential clients. You will also be responsible for booking artists such as DJs, Singers, Dancers, etc. for the events. Furthermore, you should be working in collaboration with the Event Manager and Marketing team.  

To perform this job role, you should have an in-depth knowledge of numerous marketing strategies. In addition to this, you should possess an excellent ability to communicate efficiently. You should also have outstanding budget management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities  

  • Planning the budget requirements for any particular event.  

  • Organizing events and other promotional activities.  

  • Arranging performance artists and security in-charges for the event.  

  • Being aware of the local artist's availabilities and schedules.  

  • Negotiating the payments with the artists.  

  • Developing numerous marketing materials for event promotions.  

  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with vendors and the artists.  

  • Ensuring profitability for all the organized events.  

  • Maintaining a positive reputation of the club.  

  • Providing excellent customer satisfaction.  

  • Designing social media strategies for the events along with the marketing team.  

  • Selling event tickets and VIP packages.  

  • Working in collaboration with the team members.  

  • Composing and distributing the press releases.  

  • Staying updated with the latest trends in Hospitality industry.  

 Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. The candidate will high school diploma will also be preferred.  

  • Proven work experience as a Club Promoter, Event Coordinator, or a similar role in the Hospitality industry.  

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Sound knowledge of various marketing strategies.  

  • Extensive experience in managing budgets and contracts.  

  • Excellent social and people skills.  

  • Ability to think creatively and out of the box.  

  • Ability to negotiate efficiently.  

  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.  

  • A detailed-oriented individual.  

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize them.  

  • Strong work ethics.
