Our Hospitality industry is looking to hire a hardworking and dedicated individual as a Food Service Worker on an immediate basis.
As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for getting vegetables and meat ready for food preparation. You will also be responsible for checking the temperature of the food items before serving. In addition to this, you should be following all the food sanitation and safety standards.
To be successful in this job role, you should possess an excellent understanding Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan. You should also be maintaining and organizing the kitchen area as well as the dining room.

Helping in preparation of hot and cold food items.
Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining rooms.
Performing daily cashiering duties.
Serving the customers in a friendly manner.
Performing food preparation duties such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits, etc.
Following established health, safety, and sanitation principles and protocols.
Identifying the customer's problems, if any.
Assisting and monitoring all the emergency work.
Ensuring correct serving temperature before serving the food items.
Handling the customer's complaints and issues.
Wrapping, date-labeling, and storing food items in a proper manner.
Providing the customers with all information about food items such as pricing, availability, etc.
Helping out Kitchen Staff as and when needed.
Keeping the kitchen area well organized.
Attending the in-service meetings on a regular basis.
Adhering to all the food hygiene standards.
High school diploma or GED.
Working experience as a Food Service Worker or a related job position in the Hospitality industry.
A Valid Serve Safe certification will be an added benefit.
Proficient in using a cash register.
Outstanding ability to communicate efficiently.
Ability to carry heavy objects.
Knowledge of food allergies and diet food.
Understanding and knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan.
Good social and people skills.
Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to work for long working hours.
Ability to work as a part of a team.
