We are looking for an experienced and dedicated candidate to join us as a Hotel Concierge. You will be responsible for providing various services to the guests staying in the hotel. You will also be responsible for helping in organizing any special events as and when required.
As an ideal candidate, you should be confident and customer-focused individual. You should possess an outstanding knowledge of various tourist attractions as well as restaurants in the local area. In addition to this, you should be able to work in a fast-paced working environment.

Welcoming the guests when they arrive at the hotel.
Answering the phone and making reservations.
Being the primary point of contact between hotel and guests.
Offering recommendations for attractions and establishments in the local area.
Assisting in organizing events such as weddings, corporate meetings, birthday parties, etc.
Resolving issues and queries faced by the guests.
Handling any special requests made by the hotel residents.
Keeping track of frequent guests and providing them special packages.
Arranging transport and other necessities as requested by the guests.
Ensuring orderliness and safety practices are followed around the lobby and front door areas.
Offering an outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction.
Ensuring all the duties are completed in a timely manner.
Delivering the best and safe guest experience.
Staying up to date with all hotel services as well as daily special events.
High school diploma or an Associate degree in the Hospitality industry.
Experience working as a Hotel Concierge, or a related job position in the Hotel industry.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and other multiple languages. Knowledge of local languages would be preferred
Knowledge of property management software (PMS) or hotel reservation software.
Excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
