We are in search of an HRIS Analyst to be a part of our Human Resources department. You should be able to optimize the performance of the HRIS systems as per the department’s requirements. Besides, you should also be able to monitor the HRIS performance metrics and maintain an accurate record of the same.
As an HRIS Analyst, you should be able to review the HRIS processes and suggest improvement measures. Moreover, you should also be able to coordinate with the HR Manager to identify any HR-related issues and concerns. Your job role will also require you to assist with the auditing and streamlining of HR processes.
To perform in this job role, you should have strong analytical skills and familiarity with various HRIS systems. Furthermore, you should have an eye for detail and the ability to conduct in-depth research. You should also be able to work in a team as well as perform independently.

Examining and determining HRIS needs and requirements
Keeping a track of the HRIS performance metrics
Reviewing and resolving any application issues
Documenting the HRIS processes and suggesting improvements
Coordinating with the HR Manager in identifying any HR-related concerns
Preparing and presenting HRIS data analysis reports
Performing application upgrades as and when required
Providing technical assistance to the HR team whenever needed
Optimizing HRIS processes by integrating new software
Assisting with the audits of HR processes
Staying up-to-date with the developments in HRIS
Monitoring system performance and improving its efficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3-5 years of work experience as an HRIS Analyst, HR Analyst or a similar role in the Human Resources Department
Complete knowledge of HRIS performance metrics and other HR processes
In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems such as Ceridian, Paychex, and Criterion
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to conduct in-depth research
Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
A team player as well as ability to work independently
Ability to offer excellent customer service
