Job Overview  

Our Human Resources department is looking for a talented and experienced candidate to join us as a VP of HR.  

As a VP of HR, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources activities in the company. You will also be responsible for implementing full-proof human resources strategies. In addition to this, you will require to analyze the hiring data and make changes to the hiring plans accordingly.  

To perform this role successfully, you will need to have an in-depth knowledge of managing people efficiently. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze performance metrics. You should also have good communication skills and quick decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities  

  • Understanding the organizational goals and mission.  

  • Planning and executing human resources strategies.  

  • Supervising the entire recruiting process and procedures.  

  • Drafting the hiring plans and policies.  

  • Guiding and mentoring the Human Resources Executives.  

  • Analyzing the performance metrics and KPIs.  

  • Organizing and managing all the employee's data and documents.  

  • Making sure all the processes and procedures comply with the legal regulations.  

  • Analyzing statistics to come up with innovative HR solutions.  

  • Creating employee benefit and compensation packages.  

  • Preparing monthly reports and presenting them to the CEO.  

  • Finding ways to attract and retain talented candidates.  

  • Building a strong and powerful employer brand.  

  • Adhering to all internal procedures and legal standards.  

Requirements  

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.  

  • Proven work experience as a VP of HR, Chief Human Resources Officer, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.  

  • Excellent understanding and knowledge to build a powerful employer brand.  

  • Strong knowledge of performing various Human Resources functions.  

  • Good oral and written communication skills.  

  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.  

  • In-depth knowledge about employment legislation and legal regulations.  

  • Experience working with HR tools and recruiting software.  

  • Ability to solve complex problems promptly.  

  • Exceptional public speaking and social skills.  

  • Ability to manage time efficiently. 

  • Strong work ethics.
