Our Legal firm is in search of a knowledgeable Business Lawyer to be a part of our team. You should be able to review business processes and operations and help resolve any legal issues with the same. Besides, you should also be able to advise clients and businesses on the prevention of any legal complications.  

You should be able to assist businesses in framing their company policies and objectives. Moreover, you should assist clients when negotiating contract terms and making settlement claims. You should be able to collect relevant data and present evidence in court. Furthermore, you should ensure compliance with the State and Federal regulations at all times. 

To excel in this job role, you should be detail-oriented and should have the ability to conduct in-depth knowledge. Also, you should be able to handle stressful situations and help clients in making sound decisions. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will help in dealing with complex legal issues in a short period of time.

Responsibilities 

• Helping businesses resolve complex legal issues 

• Advising businesses on prevention of any legalities

• Assisting companies set up business policies and objectives in-line with the industry standards 

• Offering expertise to businesses in framing various company processes 

• Explaining business laws and their legal implications to businesses 

• Researching and collecting evidence during any legal disputes 

• Representing businesses in court and during legal proceedings. 

• Applying relevant laws to each case in hand 

• Drafting and filing paperwork to be submitted in court 

• Examining business operations and advising businesses on its potential legal outcomes 

• Negotiating contract terms on behalf of the businesses 

• Preparing and assisting clients with settlement claims 

• Ensuring that the business processes adhere to the State and Federal laws and regulations 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field 

• Holding a valid license and certification to practice 

• Proven

• work experience as a Business Lawyer or a similar role in the Legal department 

• Complete knowledge of the State and Federal laws and regulations 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to conduct in-depth research 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

• Ability to manage stressful situations 

• Ability to offer excellent customer service
