Besides, you should be able to gather relevant information/evidence and present the same in court. Also, you should be able to develop effective strategies to help resolve the case.
Moreover, you should be able to prepare legal briefs and appeals to submit in court. You should have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to get clients the best settlement terms. In addition to this, you should be able to explain to the clients the outcomes of the legal proceedings.
As a Civil Rights Attorney, you should be able to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information. Your excellent researching skills and analytical abilities will work to your advantage. Furthermore, you should display resilience and have an empathetic approach when handling cases.

Interacting with clients and understanding their legal requirements
Resolving the case by applying and presenting effective and relevant strategies
Presenting and arguing the case in court
Advising clients on the legal outcomes of their case
Communicating and updating clients with their case status
Coordinating with Litigation Paralegal in obtaining relevant information about the case
Performing in-depth case research
Gathering and analyzing the evidence
Preparing and filing appeals and motions
Maintaining an accurate record of all the case details
Assisting clients in negotiating settlement terms
Preparing legal briefs and submitting the same in court
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
Proven work experience as a Civil Rights Attorney in a reputed Legal firm or industry
Complete knowledge of the State and National laws and regulations
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong researching and analytical skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Having a keen eye for detail
Highly reliable and motivated individual
Ability to offer excellent customer experience
