Job Overview 

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Criminal Profiler. You will be primarily responsible for developing criminal profiles using various profiling techniques. Besides, you should also be able to examine demographic and geographic information. You should also be able to interview witnesses and victims by employing various personality assessments and interviewing techniques. 

You should also be able to visit crime scenes to gather forensic evidences. Moreover, you should be able to assist Crime Investigators in developing and implementing effective investigative strategies. Your job responsibilities will also include analyzing case files and forensic data and creating detailed report on the same. In addition to this, you should be able to testify in court whenever required.  

As a Criminal Profiler, you should have a complete knowledge of the criminal laws and regulations. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A successful candidate should have an eye for detail and the ability to handle stressful situations. A candidate with proven work experience and with a valid Criminal Profiler certification will be considered.

  • Examining personality traits and behavior patterns to develop criminal profiles 

  • Reviewing demographic and geographic information for offender profiling purpose 

  • Coordinating and developing investigative strategies along with Crime Investigators  

  • Interviewing witnesses and victims to determine criminal profiles 

  • Researching and analyzing data from case files 

  • Attending various training programs to upgrade skills and knowledge 

  • Testifying in court whenever required 

  • Examining weapons and other substances such as hair and glass found at crime scenes 

  • Developing and presenting detailed psychological profiles 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, or a related field 

  • Proven work experience as a Criminal Profiler or a similar role in the Legal industry 

  • Holding a valid Criminal Profiler certification from a reputed institute 

  • Complete knowledge of the legal guidelines, laws, and regulations 

  • Outstanding understanding of various personality assessments and interviewing techniques 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Good time management and organizational skills 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Having an attention to detail 

  • Excellent physical dexterity 

  • Willingness to travel to different locations 

  • Ability to handle stressful situations
